We had a 40th birthday party for my daughter. The service was excellent as was the pizza. Everyone felt the same way. The waitress kept our drinks full and the 7 pizzas coming hot and fresh. As we finished eating she cleaned up and boxed the leftovers so fast and friendly. Great day
years of service means they're good. Dropped in for a back in town meal. Small fries aren't small. Big and delicious. Pizza is great as usual. 2 meat Pizza with a couple add one. Hot tasty delicious
First time here as in town on travel. Ordered a steinhaus to go. Luckily I had a knife as I cannot tell if the pizza was ever cut or not. Overall, really good pizza
Really good pizza! Placing an order over the phone was smooth, delivery was quick, and the delivery guy that has a day job working for the city was nice and outgoing! (Sorry we didn’t catch his name).
This pizza is gross. I'm not sure if the people answering the phone or mentally challenged or what. The people that prepared our pizza did not put sauce on them and the crust was overdone. then they acted like we kicked their dog because we ask for new pizzas. It is horribly overpriced for this bad of pizza. I was expecting something amazing. I would suggest going to Pizza Hut or a gas station instead. Also expect a 1 hour delivery wait.
Grabbed a taco pizza to go while in town, ate half of it by myself. Highly recommend!
The server has been someone we have had several times now and everytime she is incredibly rude. Just seems she is over her job and doesn't want to deal with people. More of a "What do you want" type attitude... Otherwise, the food is fantastic like usual!!! The atmosphere could be changed a bit to make it feel more inviting... It's very dark and could use an update... Because of the server alone we will no longer come to the Steinhouse location and solely go to the WineMill location by East Middle School...
The pizza was okay not phenomenal, We were in there just as it opened and the staff was kind of rude and they were busy talking to each other. Our waitress or what do I say about her She never ever came back with refills She never asked us if I order was okay which it wasn't. There was another single person that walked in about 10 minutes after we did. We ordered a thin crust and a thick crust instead of timing the pizzas to come out at the same time they brought the thin crust out about 15 minutes before the thick crust came out. I'm guessing they should have started the thick crust first and then put the thick crust in so that it comes out at the same time. Was really not a great experience at all
